At Osage County RWD 15, we are committed to providing safe, high quality water services to our community, while maintaining a standard of excellence in customer service and environmental conservation.

Customer Submission Request - Cooper & Lead

The District is now required by the EPA to gather information from our Customers on their personal service line that supplies water from their meter to their house.
We are trying to make this process painless for everyone involved.
If you are a customer of the District please fill out the google form attached.
We are also sending a paper form out with the February billing statements. If you have already filled out the online form, please disregard the paper form.
